Where to find Quartz

Quartz grows under bright orange Coral Domes with blue-green spots in the shallow starting biome — including right beside the Lifepod. Swim inside a dome and look up. Some domes also hide air pockets.

Steps
- Stay in Coral Gardens shallows around the Lifepod.
- Identify orange Coral Domes; enter and look at the underside/ceiling for Quartz.
- Sweep outward only if you need volume faster than local respawns allow.
- Craft Glass (2 Quartz) for Habitat Builder and later vehicle recipes.
