How to clear the first Angel Comb (Heat Tolerance)

Clear the first Angel Comb about 200 m northwest of the Lifepod: use Sonic Resonator on its viral blooms, open the central comb, and claim Heat Tolerance. If it stays closed after cleanup, update to Hotfix 4+, reload, and retry.

Steps
- Unlock Sonic Resonator; bring Standard Air Tank, Air Bladder, medkits, Distraction Flare, and mobility (Wakemaker / Dash Biomod).
- Locate the cave Angel Comb ~200 m NW of Lifepod. If the comb remains closed after the expected blooms are cleared, update to Hotfix 4 or later, reload the save, and retry the interaction before using older workarounds.
- Follow big tubes to murky chambers; charge Sonic Resonator and destroy each viral flower (Dash helps close gaps).
- Clear two side chambers, then the central comb room — flare the predator, blast remaining flowers.
- When the comb opens, interact to receive Heat Tolerance. Oxygen tip: hack Bloom Sap funnels with Survival Multitool.
